You must have experience producing 2D drawings for residential extensions and outbuildings, together with knowledge of building regulations detail and planning permission requirements.
You must have experience producing 2D drawings for residential loft and garage conversions, together with knowledge of building regulations detail and planning permission requirements.
You must have experience reconfiguring internal spaces including taking down walls to create open spaces. Must be up to date with the latest technical requirements.
Must be able to develop 2D and 3D Kitchen & Bathroom designs, with detailed knowledge of latest design trends, lighting schemes and finishes.

How do I apply to join the Loomin network?
Fill in the designer application form by clicking Join Loomin To become a Loomin-certified designer, you must have the following qualifications:
- A qualification in design or architecture
- At least 2 years of experience
- Hold necessary insurance and cover
- Experience in planning/technical drawings or 3D Design
Since the Loomin platform relies on qualified and professional designers, we will call you for an interview and request references from your previous clients.
How are assignments allocated between designers?
The Loomin platform will automatically allocate projects to designers based on a number of metrics, such as location, skills, experience and availability.
What is the payment process?
Once your client has approved the designs, you will be able to submit your invoice to Loomin, once accepted the fund will be deposited into your bank account within 5 business days (or as soon as the funds clear).
How much will I earn from Loomin?
What you earn from Loomin will depend on a number of factors, such as how many projects you take on and the type of projects executed . Our freelances typically earn an additional £1,000 - £4,000 per month. Please see rate card attached
